I am a Junior at UTM on a year aborad from the UK (Cardiff) where I am studying towards a Masters in Chemistry.
Lesson structure: Completely up to you however a suggestion could be:
5-10 minute introduction/re-cap
45 minute lesson
5-10 minute re-cap and discussion
I have been tutored previously in lower school and know what makes a good tutor. I aim to give fun lessons where you or your child will feel more confident as a result.
I have been delivering lessons for 5 years since in lower school. I have also had sessions myself for my weaker subjects throughout school. Therefore I feel I know the system well and what makes a good lesson as well as a less useful lesson. Examples of students I have tutored for in the UK:
Tom: Tutored for the Eton (one of the most prestigous private schools) entrance exam and he got in!
Emma: I taught her GCSE (middle school) triple science, she was predicted 3 Es, and achieved 3 Bs!
Harriet: I taught her higher school Chemistry, she was predicted a C and achieved an A!
I am a diligent, ambitious and enthusiastic individual currently reading Chemistry at Cardiff University. I am passionate about science and it’s my goal to find employment as a junior scientist in order to pursue a scientific career.

Cardiff University studying Chemistry with a Year Abroad (MChem) - Year 3
Currently I am studying the following topics as part of my third year at Cardiff University: Advanced Organometallic and Coordination Chemistry, Advanced Organic Chemistry and Advanced Physical Chemistry. In the academic year 2017-2018 I am working under the supervision of Professor Patrick Gunning at the University of Toronto, working as part of his research team, Gunning Group. The research I produce contributes to a further 60 credit module: Placement Experience.
