I am a 3rd Year International Business with Spanish student at Dublin City University, preparing to embark on an Erasmus year at the University of Barcelona, Spain's top-ranked university. I have a deep passion for sports and languages, which my course has enabled me to pursue alongside my academic studies. Teaching Spanish is more than just a job for me; it’s a way to share a part of myself with others. My journey with the Spanish language has been a passion project, filled with the joy of discovering new cultures, histories, and ways of thinking. I’ve experienced firsthand how learning a language can open doors to new worlds, and I’m eager to help others unlock those same opportunities.

One of the most rewarding aspects of speaking Spanish has been the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. Whether it’s traveling to a Spanish-speaking country and engaging with locals or reading a piece of literature in its original language, Spanish has enriched my life in countless ways. I want to bring that same richness to others, helping them not only learn the language but also appreciate the beauty and diversity of the cultures that come with it.

I’ve always enjoyed helping others learn, and I find immense satisfaction in seeing students grow in confidence and skill. There’s something truly special about watching someone go from struggling with basic phrases to holding a conversation or passing an important exam. Knowing that I played a role in their success is incredibly fulfilling.
