Various studies have proven that for effective learning to take place, a fun and stress-free environment needs to be established. My minor in psychology has given me insight on the importance of motivation in the process of learning. In my experience, students respond well when they are engaged in what they are learning. My aim is for students to feel confident in not only their skills, but also their ability to learn something new.
