My teaching methodologies are….I analyse what kind of person I’m dealing with? What are his strengths and weaknesses? What is his daily routine? And how much time and energy he/she can spare for their routine? After analysing all of that i gove them a home workout routine. Which helps them to lose weight effectively and quickly.
I am a law student. I’ve been motivating and training people since 2 years now. Since I’m an avid reader, I’ve read a couple of books on weight loss training which has definitely helped me in losing weight, and I’m sure my knowledge will help you too. Apart from that i also own a gym back at my hometown.
