1. motivation of the students to prepare the subject before my explanation to take an overview about the subject then when i explain, it will be more easier for them to understand very well.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS& RESPONSIBILITIES:
As, Factory Manager of Chemicals (06-2020-Present).
1. Provide manufacturing process and team support. Offer direction, expertise and effort in specific manufacturing areas.
2. Maintain focus on meeting plant objectives in safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost. Drive the work processes and standards to ensure the highest production quality and productivity.
3. Coordinate timely manufacturing of chemicals products to meet the demands of customers and support the initiatives of the sales force to grow business.
4. Coordinate with customer service the manufacturing schedules, inventory, and truck and rail logistics to support product availability. Interacts with customers to insure their expectations for quality and quantity of material are met.
5. Manage raw material usage and produce finished product inventories in accordance with the demand and sales plan.
6. Prepares budgets and forecasts. Prepares rolling 12 month production forecasts monthly and works closely with sales and customer service personnel.
7. Maintains the sites in accordance with standard guidelines for plant image. Plant image includes housekeeping, parts storage, vehicles and equipment condition (cleanliness and appearance), entrance & property, and buildings.
8. Promotes a culture of performance. Effectively utilizes KPIs, financial statements and operational reports to track performance, establish effective action plans and continuously improve the operations.
As, Head of Quality and Development (02-2019 – 06-2020):
1. Define and implement the quality criteria and standards for cement in compliance with relevant standards and guidelines, as well as legal requirements.
2. Ensure comprehensive support and advice on production in all quality issues.
3. Lead, motivated and ensure the further development of his subordinate employees and make decisions on individual personnel actions in his area of responsibility.
4. Ensure the appropriate employee training and uses these employees as optimally as possible for the activities in the laboratory.
5. Define and develop relevant production parameters and specifications.
6. Responsible for ensuring and coordinating regular product testing and quality control
7. Ensure the evaluation and analysis of the relevant quality data through KPIs. Initiates necessary corrective measures in case of differences in coordination with the PM.
8. Ensuring adequate, timely processing of relevant technical and quality-related questions / complaints on the part of the customer.
9. Support the sale to existing customers and works towards the acquisition of new customers as well.
10. Responsible for new product developments and product modifications in coordination with the sale.
11. Plan and prepare the budget for his area of responsibility in coordination with the supervisor and monitors.
12. Take appropriate measurements in case of budget difference.
As, Quality Section Head (07-2017 – 02-2019):
1. Follow up the compressive strength, setting times, soundness of the cement mills and dispatches.
2. Follow up the raw materials (gypsum, clay, iron ore and sand) specifications mentioned in the contract between the suppliers and the cement plant like (humidity, SO3, Cl and SiO2).
3. Quality assurance for the final product through chemical tests according to EN 196-2 and EN 196-21.
4. Calculation of the ash contents and calorific values of the alternative fuels like (Bio mass and coal).
5. Keeping of X-ray apparatuses, samples preparation mills to be running all the time.
6. Validation of all X-ray applications and comparison between beads and pellets items.
7. Implementation of quality management system with respect to ISO 9001:2015.
As, Senior Laboratory Surveyor (03-2017 – 06-2017):
1. I share my expertise with the clients of my company via our consulting services. As well as
providing clients with ongoing consultancy on regulatory requirements and industry best
practice relating to quality, health and safety and the environment.
2.Responsible for implementing, managing and improving the plant quality system and supervising and performing visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to assure compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures, established specifications and applicable quality standards.
3. Responsible for all documentation related to product quality and the tools that are used in measuring quality, responsible for resolving non- conformance issues, reporting to Plant Manager.
As, Quality Section Head (Act as) (05-2014 – 03-2017):
1. Keeping of X-ray apparatuses, samples preparation mills to be running all the time.
2. Validation of all X-ray applications and comparison between beads and pellets items.
3. Monitoring and fulfillment of the quality targets of raw meal, clinker and cement to maintain
The final product’s quality by testing for all parameters like Cl, SO3, temperature and LOI.
4. Performing and evaluation of the industrial trials for GAs and Cr (VI) reducers.
5. Implementation of QMS of all quality staff and compliance work instructions and
investigation of the problems and introduction of RCA and proposing solutions.
As, Quality and Lab Shift Leader (05-2009 – 05-2014):
1. Chemical analysis for all raw materials used in cement manufacturing such as:
Limestone, Clay, Gypsum, Sand and Iron Ore by using X-ray technique through the X-ray
Apparatuses such as: (ARL-9800, ARL-74 RET and PANALYTICAL).
2. Chemical analysis of the raw mix, clinker, hot meal, by-pass and cement of cement mill and
Dispatches by using X-ray technique through the same previous X-ray apparatuses.
3. Chemical analysis of the chromium content – Cr (VI) by using of quick wet method
According to the EN and ES standard (EN-196-10) (ES-7417).
4. Taking actions against any deviation from the targets of all raw materials or cement
Manufacturing stages and taking the decision for stopping the cement mills or packing.
5. Measure of humidity of limestone, clay mix, delivered (clay, gypsum, sand and alternative
Fuels).
As, Quality Control Chemist (04-2008 – 05-2009):
1. Chemical analysis for all raw materials used in cement manufacturing such as:
Limestone, Clay, Gypsum, and Iron Ore by using X-ray technique through the X-ray
Apparatuses such as: (ARL-9800 and ARL-9900).
2. Chemical analysis of the raw mix, clinker, hot meal, by-pass and cement of cement mill and
Dispatches by using X-ray technique through the same previous X-ray apparatuses.
3. Taking action against any deviation from the targets of all raw materials or cement
Manufacturing stages.
4. Reporting all the data of each shift to the quality section head.
