Barre and Pilates: Get your sweat on! Tone and Strengthen the whole body!

Methodology

I enjoy developing comprehensive and engaging classes structured around an effective warm up for injury prevention, fitness based program targeted towards your specific goals (toning, strengthening, functionality) and conclude with a proper cool down that increases flexibility and decrease soreness

Background

I am a Health, Wellness & Fitness honours graduate with eight years of experience teaching private one-on-one sessions and group classes in areas such as Pole Dance, Yoga and Barre! 200hr YTT Certified, Booty Barre Certified instructor since 2012!

Rates

Rate for online lessons : $ 25/h
Rate for 5 hours of lessons : $120
Rate for 10 hours of lessons : $220

Details

Students will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee if not notified at least 8 hours prior to scheduled session.

I had never tried yoga before I met Jess back in 2016. From there we did daily yoga classes together. She was a fantastic teacher and was extremely knowledgable. Jess has a wonderful ability in being able to explain every move, its benefits and the areas it is targeting. She explained everything very well and I found myself really progressing and developing my skills. As soon as I met Jess I found her passion and drive very inspiring and I was very lucky to not only learn yoga skills but also build a beautiful friendship with her. Jess is a very kind and patient person with a beautiful soul.
