First, I identify what is the goal of the students. What do they want to learn and attain.
Second, we make a plan.
Third, we go forward and adjust the plan according to the needs of the situation.
I tend to engage the students a lot since I know that asking questions makes them learn better.
I studied communication and politics in the University of Montreal for my bachelors. After, I got my masters degree in Public Policy from a Russian university in Moscow. I traveled a lot recently and have participated in many international events. Now, I want to share my experience and knowledge with others. When I was in Air cadets of Canada, I gave lessons on leadership and aviation for a few years.
I met Oliver Roy during my language stay in St. Petersburg, Russia, in 2017. I know him as a warm hearted, helpful, social person. I like to remember our lively conversations in which we talked about international characteristics and the nature of people around the world. Roy is an inspiring, smart and humorous conversation partner. His arguments are convincing and he deeply respects the opinions of others. He is committed to the Christian faith and listens to the voice of his heart.
I highly recommend him for a teaching position. He will be able to empathize with his students and lead them to comprehensive studies.
I wish Oliver all the best for his career and a lot of joy and success in his teaching profession.
