My main idea is to make the students understand the problem and help them find a way to get to the solution. Everybody learns differently. Some learn by listening, few of us are visual learners and some kinesthetic so I assure that the student is made comfortable in his/her zone and then taught.
I am a student from advanced fast track program and I have been given tuition for mathematics since 4 years and students have risen in love for numbers (not FALLEN in love) after taking coaching. Mathematics problems are merely based on perceptions and solutions are hidden in problems. All we need to do is play treasure hunt ;)
