A lot of their workouts are cardio intense. Training for size in that boxing would be insufficient. The extra muscle mass would slow them down during fights. A typical session could last up to 2 hours. It is usually a mix of training that boxing specifically and then adding in some conditioning. A program for one day could look like this.
