If we start to look at the more expensive memberships such as $50 a month. These gyms can provide more services and amenities from things like swimming and classes. They’ll have a good amount of equipment for cross-training.
Now, looking at the higher-end training memberships these gyms offer a lot of great services, lots of amenities and the gyms are usually beautiful. Again, they’ll be great for cross-training. CrossFit gyms will also fall into this category. CrossFit is cross-training, but their membership prices can be expensive. With CrossFit gyms, you're getting a training plan, community, facility and everything you need for cross-training. It’ll be easier to train in a facility designed for your program than anywhere else. The cost is high but the value is also high.
