Second Option: Internship

An internship is someone who a trainee looking to gain work experience in the field. They can give you insight into the real-world experience of the job, networking connection and will make your resume stand out. You may even get paid depending on the company. Getting an internship isn't always the easiest option, but it is possible.

Just like job shadowing, see if you know anyone working in the company you wish to intern at. It can make the transition easier as your connection can voucher for you.
