I approach my classes with flexibility so I can advance or regress any exercise to suit your needs and experience level. Im here to motivate and encourage you to push yourself to feel accomplished. We will use body weight exercises and functional movement patterns to target a whole body routine. I like to think my use of humour is helpful during our sessions to keep it entertaining and enjoyable.
I am a fitness professional who graduated with honours from a Health, Wellness and Fitness program which enables me to teach one-on-one sessions or group lessons. I specialize in body weight exercises that will get your heart pumping, increase your cardio abilities and help you feel more energetic elevated in your everyday life!
