About Candice

My name is Candice and I am a passionate and dedicated language tutor with a strong academic background and practical teaching experience. I am currently completing a Master's degree in TESOL and Applied Linguistics in the UK, as well as a DU in French as a Foreign Language (FLE). I have also earned several certifications in language education, which continue to enrich my teaching methods. Through my experience of private tutoring, I have supported learners of different ages and levels, helping them to reach their goals by providing structured, engaging and personalised lessons.

About the lesson

My teaching method is learner-centred and flexible. I combine clear explanations with interactive activities, authentic materials, and practical communication tasks to help students build real confidence. I adapt my approach to each learner’s goals, whether it’s improving fluency, grammar, pronunciation, or exam preparation. A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes, but I can adjust the length depending on your needs and schedule. I’m currently completing a Master’s in TESOL & Applied Linguistics in the UK and a DU FLE (French as a Foreign Language). I’ve also earned several MOOC certifications related to language teaching and have experience in private tutoring with students from different backgrounds. My lessons are suitable for teens, university students, and adults, from beginner to advanced levels, whether you want academic support, conversational practice, or structured language learning.
