I teach Ashtanga,Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. By honouring each individual body and needs. Guiding the students to be present and aware in each movement by focusing on the breath. The sequences touch on each of the seven chakras, in order to purify the body & mind and be filled by positive, refreshing energy after each session. Yoga is accepting ourselves the way we are. I have been giving yoga private individual and group sessions since 1 year ago. I have a E-RYT250 yoga ( Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative) certification from Toronto. And I have been practicing Ashtanga & Iyengar yoga with many great different masters since 7 years ago. My main purpose of yoga was to find the peace within and give the world good energy.
