I always start by asking, what’s my student’s end goal and keeping that in mind, I reverse engineer a road map for him or her, as to where should they start and how should they proceed so that, in order to make a daily gradual progress towards their end goal without putting strain on their emotional, mental and physical well being.
I’m Mechanical engineer turned commercial pilot with an extensive work experience in a myriad of different industries namely teaching, manufacturing, consulting, retail, customer service and now back to teaching and inspiring the younger generation. Throughout my professional life, one thing that has stood out has to me, has to the be various mentors whom I had the privilege to meet and with whose guidance, I could perform at my best and drastically reduce my learning curve in my chosen profession. I’d certainly like to pass this on to the coming generation not only as a tutor but as an mentor to guide them through to their highest goals in life.
