Computer science PhD student at SFU teaching physics, arithmetic, calculation in Burnaby, Vancouver (PDT)

I had trouble in C programming and algorithm course. I am a computer science student in UBC. I ask Pedram to help me out for both of those courses. I have learned a lot by the tutoring and was able to do my assignments for two courses. I think he is very talented, if I had any other problems in programming I would ask him again.

I have six tutor session with Pedram for modern control and robotic systems and vision. He is very talented and can convey the knowledge easily. It was really helpful and I can successfuly do my final master project. I recommend him for tutoring.

I think Pedram is really punctual and patient in conveying the information. He is also very talented and knows the concepts very well and do his best to transfer them to his students.

For my recent project for reinforcement learning in university, I need some basic understanding of the concept, since it seems too abstract for me. I try to learn in with Pedram. He taught me Python programming with GYM module for simple cases. The way he convey the high level concepts make me totally digest the underlying concept. If future, I also will ask him to help me through.

Pedram was my tutor for electrical engineering course (linear algebra) for about two years ago. The professor was not clear and I was about failing the course. After 7 session of tutoring, I could pass the course successfully and understand it as well. He was also teaching me MATLAB programming for my other course which for me as a person with no programming background was comprehensible. I think he is very confident about his knowledge and know how to convey the information.
