About Jessie
My name is Jessie and I’ve been working out for 6+ years. I started at planet fitness and hoped around from lifetime to smaller powerlifting gyms! I’ve lost over 40lbs and have gained more than 15 lbs of muscle over the years. Even though I’ve seen huge differences in my body; the most important change that I notice is my mental health. I deal with depression and anxiety and the gym will always be my safe space to go. I want to make fitness a healthy outlet for all. I’m so excited to hear your story!

Hi!! My name is Jessie and I’m so happy that you’re reading this. Fitness and adopting healthy habits can be challenging but so incredibly rewarding! There’s so many ways to build your knowledge around fitness and I want to say thank you for considering me. I started working out when I was 15 due to body image issues and low confidence and within two years of getting my CPT; I’ve trained over 100 people and have over 2,000 training hours under my belt. Learning is such a big part of fitness and when you’re done with training- I want you to be able to train others!
