My area of expertise is in breaking down new concepts to make sure the student fully understands them - often in school new concepts are briefly explained due to time constraints and built upon without students actually understanding why they exist, so I aim to provide an understanding of the foundations of maths and economics, which greatly helps students to build on the more complex concepts they learn. Having only recently graduated from school, I also still have fresh understanding of exam technique that is needed, especially for economics, to reach the highest marks.
I'm an Economics undergraduate at Warwick University, achieving A*A*A* at A Level in Maths, Economics and History. Having taught myself Further Maths AS Level I have an understanding of how to understand new concepts outside of the classroom environment, and leading Maths Support Club at my school has enabled me to pass these lessons on to other students.
