Having started my education in a Montessori school, I am a very hands-on, visual learner. I feel most people learn best this way; especially in STEM areas. I always try to teach in a way where the student truly understands what they are trying to learn rather than just memorizing the content.
Andy is one of our best tutors. High-quality profile and excellent qualifications, organised and responsive to lesson requests, appreciated by their students!
I have a degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in computer science. I have tutored students in several areas including leading all the engineering peer mentors at UBC who tutored and assisted engineering students. I have worked as a computational fluid dynamics researcher at UBC as well as a computer programmer at a sheet metal manufacturer.
Unfortunately, I can only do online classes right now due to COVID.
