About Gianna
I am currently a college student studying engineering and throughout my years of learning, my classes haven't always been easy. After studying, there were certain ways I would look at the steps to a problem and I use it in every class now. When tutoring, I use the same ideas. Throughout working at a dance studio with little kids, and helping students with math in high school, I have become very familiar with breaking down a task to make it seem more simplified before putting it altogether.

When teaching, we will start by breaking down the background knowledge of the task. Then go through each step slowly to make sure each part is being understood and finally complete practice problems to slowly let the student be able to do it on their own. This strategy lets students come up with questions they may not know they even had and can make the task as clear as possible.
