I like to teach my classes using problem-based methods that keep the student engaged in their learning experience. A typical day of teaching consists of fun activities that get students out of their seats and explore the classroom material through group-based projects. These kinds of activities are best taught in grades 9 and 10 classes. I consider myself to be a very patient and understanding person, which for a teacher to have these qualities can guarantee a student's success in the classroom.

As a tutor, I have been able to enrich my Academic success and refine my leadership and communication skills.
Tutoring has allowed me to improve my communication skills by being able to adapt my own style and language to suit others, which is critical in delivering impactful messages.
Being able to communicate with individuals has allowed me to gain confidence and be able to approach unforeseen circumstances when the time comes. No matter how difficult a person is being, I am able to approach a suitable situation and make a verbal connection, creating an environment where people feel valued and appreciated.
As a tutor, I learned how to break down tasks, explain important objectives, show relevancy, and learn a lot about who I am as well. When it comes to leading a group, it is important to understand the differences in each team member when trying to communicate and motivate them, as each member adapts differently to certain tasks.
