There is not one single best method for teaching everyone in all contexts, and no one teaching method is inherently superior to the others.
Also, it is not always possible – or appropriate – to apply the same methodology to all learners, who have different objectives, environments and learning needs.
As an experienced professional language teacher I always adopt the Principled Eclecticism approach, deciding on the most suitable techniques and applying the most appropriate methodology for the learner’s specific objectives, learning style and context.
I am a film Student who has been giving English Lessons to Elementary and Middle School Students for 7 years now. I will cover the full spectrum of the students needs. Whether looking to leap ahead, catch up, or keep pace, I will build a custom tailored program to accomplish your goals.
First I benchmark your student's current Skill Level - this identifies current strengths and "learning gaps". Then, using my powerful curriculum and experience, I will build a custom tailored plan to fill in those gaps and accelerate future learning.
The student will become confident and knowledgeable with the English language. He/She will come away feeling comfortable with both verbal and written English.

Concentration is one of the most important tennis skills. You have to be able to focus on the task at hand on
the tennis court and get rid of all external distractions.
• Competitive Spirit
Tennis is a one on one battle. That is what makes tennis so difficult on the mind. There are no teammates to
cheer you up and coaching is not allowed in a match. One becomes self-reliant.
• Problem Solving
playing a tennis match is all about solving problems. Once you are in a match you can no longer work on
your strokes or completely change your game. Every opponent is different and so you have to deal with your
opponent's game and tendencies as well. You have to try and win with what you bring to the court that day
and what you have developed over the last couple of months and/or years.
• Willingness to Work Cooperatively
Your work in theatre companies teaches you how to work effectively with different types of people. Theatre
demands that participants work together cooperatively for the production to be successful; there is no room
for "we" versus "they" behavior; the "star" diva is a thing of the past. Your colleagues will usually let you know
when you violate the team spirit of a production. In theatre, it's important that each individual supports the
• Time-budgeting Skills
When you're a student, being involved in theatre forces you to learn how to budget your time. You need to
schedule your days very carefully if you want to keep up your grades while you're busy with rehearsals, work
calls, and the other demands that theatre makes on your time.
Personnel managers call people who approach work with initiative and enterprise "self-starters, " people who
do what needs to be done without waiting to be asked, without needing to be told. The complexities of a
theatrical production demand individuals who are willing to voluntarily undertake any task that needs to be
done in order for the production to succeed.
In theatre, we're all self-starters. We learn how to take initiative, to move a project from initial concept to finality--
and to do it well. Tardiness is never acceptable in theatre because it shows a lack of self-discipline, and more
importantly, a lack of consideration for others.
• Respect for Deadlines
Being late for a rehearsal or a work call or failing to finish an assigned task on time damages a production and
adversely affects the work of many other people. Theatre
Demands that you learn to arrive on time and meet scheduled deadlines.
