I break down concepts and explain the details to make sure you get the broth of my years of education in this field. Walking away from our sessions together you will be equipped to apply these concepts in your own fitness life and achieve your goals. My goal is to advocate for an active lifestyle in all people I encounter, and my biggest joy is to empower people to do so on their own.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer since 2018 and a Registered Kinesiologist-to-be. Graduating from Kinesiology at the University of Toronto with a near-perfect GPA plus 2 years of research, and countless experiences of working with clients, I am thrilled to share my expertise in Personal Training with you. I am well-versed in musculoskeletal anatomy, exercise biomechanics, and training principles, which inform my decision-making and program planning.
