My son got sudden sprain on his neck he was not able to move his neck and was having severe pain
,I gave pressure to the points explained by Miss poonam, within half an hour he got relief and went for playing
I also got migraine ,after pressing the points told by Poonam I got relief immediately .

 I have taken hindi classes with poonam maam to get the basics. She gives you what you want, he do not push you. He is patient, openminded teacher
