About Anshik
I am a State-level Tennis Player and a CPD certified Fitness Coach with experience of over 15 years in sports. I have been training since I was 5 years old and by training, I do not merely imply going to the gym or for my sport in particular. I've gained experience in different exercise forms and have helped people achieve their fitness goals. However, I do not focus only on the fitness goals of my clients but I make sure that anyone who trains with me is functionally fit and becomes self-sufficient in the end. I "train" myself and the people who train with me and I do not "workout" because we play and we exercise to better ourselves and to do that, we have to spend time training whatever it is that we have to achieve.

My teaching method is multi-faceted and scientific and not based on facts. I believe that to be a better version of ourselves, it is imperative that we train in different forms of exercise. My training routines take inspirations from Bodybuilding, Cross Training, Yoga, Calisthenics, Animal Flow, Locomotion, MMA and a host of sports like Tennis, Football, Kabaddi to name a few and I even take inspiration from unconventional forms like Tai Chi, Jeet kun Do. I focus on nutrition as well and I devise my diet plan in a manner that people can eat what they want and still be fit . I train people with the long-term goal that they shall remain fit even in their old age and they are mentally healthy as well so that they can tackle any challenge thrown at them. I also help people deal with injuries and make sure people perform exercises with proper technique to avoid injury.

Details
The fees are subjected to increase. If a trainee is not happy with my coaching, I wouldn't charge them anything to cancel. They can cancel anytime. When people choose to train with me, I provide them not just training routines but I also provide them a diet based on their preferences which will make achieving fitness goals easy on the clients. I will also provide content for the clients to go throw to better understand the science of exercise and nutrition.
