Every session will include warm up, asanas (poses) to stretch the whole body,and end the class with at least 5 mins of relaxation and meditation. Yoga to balance the body and mind. I always make sure that my students leave the class calm and relaxed.
I am a yoga teacher. Been practicing yoga for the last 15 years. Been trained in different styles: Hatha,Iyangar,Sivananda and Ashtanga.Love teaching, have experience teaching all age group (toddles to seniors). My other interests are music and dance, trained in Indian classical dance (Bharatanatyam).
