As a personal trainer I will assess your bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. I will provide physical and mental guidance and monitor your progress on a regular basis. Each program and coaching sessions will:
- make sure that you won't get injured;
- evaluate your physical needs;
- offer different packages of fitness programming;
- offer nutrition coaching;
I will adapt my coaching style depending on your level, beginners to advanced lifters are encourage contact me and to discuss your objectifs! My focus is on strength and mobility and we will adapt your program to your level and interest.
