Each lesson starts and ends with stretching the muscles, warming them up and distressing them from the workout.
A personal plan will be created based on individual goals and requirements. These goals will be tracked and plans will be adjusted with progress.
I will teach and demonstrate the perfect technique for each exercise, observe each individual student and make corrections where necessary.
Suggested nutrition guidelines and macro intakes will be suggested.
Finally their will be an optional mediation session at the end of every workout to help with mental stability and assist with maintaining the tranquility of the mind and body muscles.
