To successfully raise language skill, just like improving at a sport, we must train and practice. In this way of thinking, we are not teacher and student, but coach and athlete. The coach writes a training program and the athlete follows it, along the way, the coach sees the athlete's strengths and weaknesses and adapts the program to suit the athlete's particular needs, This is how language is supposed to be taught, this is how I coach it, this is also why I am the last English coach you will ever need
I have been teaching ESL to all ages, as well as Business English for more than 16 years in both Canada and China. I also tutor in Language Arts and public speaking for native English speakers. I am a former IELTS Examiner for Speaking and Writing, and I have a CELTA Certificate from Cambridge University. I have also taken the CELPIP teacher training course and have written my own CELPIP and IELTS training programs which I teach online.
