About Christopher
I am a French Horn/Mellophone player in the Pride of Acadiana Marching Band and ULL Concert Band with 9 years of experience performing both on the field and on the stage for middle school, high school, and college ensembles. I also am a Byzantine chanter at Archangel Gabriel Orthodox Church with experience in ancient byzantine music notation.

I can give lessons to absolute beginners all the way up to more advanced players in high school. I treat music as a language that anybody can learn and master. I can help my students with the most basic of reading or more advanced skills such as listening to other players and parts in the ensemble and expressing your part to fit better within the piece as a whole. I also like to incorporate music theory in my lessons to help my students understand how their part fits into a piece of music.
