About Naomi

My passion for French began from fascination with literature, international communication, and francophone culture during my studies. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages before earning a PhD in Francophone Studies. Over the last 13 years, I have helped students improve language confidence through practical teaching and supportive learning methods.

I believe language learning should feel welcoming and adaptable for every learner. Some students improve through conversation and listening activities, while others prefer grammar explanation and writing practice. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and practical communication so students can improve steadily while building confidence in French.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French literature, studying cultural history, and exploring language translation projects. Staying connected to the language helps me introduce authentic and engaging examples into lessons. Teaching French is meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students communicate naturally and connect with new cultures confidently.

About the lesson

My French lessons focus on helping students communicate naturally through practical learning methods and interactive language activities. I teach pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary building, listening comprehension, sentence structure, and conversational French using engaging exercises that make learning enjoyable and approachable. Lessons are designed to improve fluency, understanding, and confidence while creating a welcoming learning environment.

Beginners improve through guided dialogues, pronunciation drills, and repetition exercises that gradually strengthen language foundations. Intermediate learners develop stronger grammar accuracy, listening ability, and conversational confidence through role-play activities and structured discussions. Advanced students focus on fluent communication, cultural understanding, and advanced expression with deeper language development. I also include listening practice and real-world conversation activities that help students improve naturally.

French becomes easier when students practice communication actively instead of memorizing isolated grammar rules without practical application. My lessons encourage curiosity, consistency, and confidence while helping learners improve steadily. I want students to become more expressive, comfortable, and confident while speaking French in real situations.
