About Orie
I am a second year medical student studying at the University of Bristol. I did a previous degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Nottingham, where I specialised in chemistry, biology and maths. I graduated in 2018 with a 1st Class Honours.

I am happy to teach GCSE and A-Level students in any of the areas I have studied (maths, biology and chemistry). Whilst I understand what is needed to pass exams, I learn best from when each subject is related back to the real world, so I aim to add some examples of this during my lessons.
I know that we each have different learning styles so it's important to try out a variety of explanations and mediums till you find what clicks!
I like to build up by starting with background information, bringing in real world examples and working through questions. For students GCSE and A-Level students I aim to work through exam style questions from the exam body as this is key to applying the knowledge you've learnt and being prepared for exams.
