About the lesson
I strive to make my classes fun and inclusive. I give variety so everyone can feel successful.
A typical class will incorporate strengths and cardio with plenty of time to stretch at the end. The intensity will depend on the level of the participants.
My strengths are motivational, inclusive and making it fun.

I am a financial Planner and in my spare time I teach fitness classes. Personally I am an avid runner and cyclist and I compete in Triathlon and running races.
I am a certified group Fitness Instructor with BCRPA. I also hold a Certificate in TRX Suspension training.
