My teachings focus on ''how to lose weight the proper way''. In my coaching sessions, you will learn how to create fitness programs for your clients that want to lose weight and also how to build and adjust a diet according to their training regiment.
In a more advanced class, you will learn the science basics of weight loss to fully comprehend how to successfully and PERMANTLY transform the body of your clients.
My background includes 2 years in Kinesiology at UQAM and 15 years as a personal trainer in many different facilities including Energie Cardio, Gold's Gym and my own. Over the course of my career, I have successfully helped hundreds of people transform their bodies with my expertise in weight loss.
