A typical class with me would be a warm up. Weights, cardio, or muscular strength. Followed by a cool down. And then we finish it off with stretching. However everything can be modified and we will go at your own pace with encouraging feedback.
I lead home workouts over online platforms. I have also helped people from many ages with coaching in various sports such as swimming, skating, hockey, and basketball. And I enjoy sharing my love of sports with everyone. I hope you want to join me in a workout sometime!
