About Leahni

I have just recently graduated high-school with university entrance and am now chasing my dreams studying to become a Vet! One of my strengths in school was English and have done a bit of work helping students with homework in the past. I have not got a qualification yet but I feel because I am Fresh out of high school (NCEA) I have the skills and knowledge provided to help others. I know what it is like to struggle when it comes to school and it took a certain teacher to come along and listen to my thoughts and processes around learning, and that is when I excelled.

I like to try make things interesting and as fun as possible while still teaching the relevant information and skills. I know what it's like to be stuck in class listening to the teacher go on and on, it's boring and you lose focus easily. I believe you can still learn while being in a fun and more relaxed environment. I also know how it feels to be singled out in front of the class, that's a feeling I hated. If you don't feel comfortable answering a question that's fine! However, I will be encouraging you to gain the confidence you need to find your own voice
