Since I worked in Lab my teaching skilles are based on my own experinces

Background

I Working in Agiculture Agri-food Canada government research center for 5 years increased my knowledge about different aspect t molecular genetics and biology.
From 2008 till 2013 I worked in different Iranian university as assistant professor and I taught different biology and genetic courses in BS, MS and PHD level which the names and duration of the courses were mentioned in my CV.
I have also 5 years of experience in teaching biology courses in high school level in 1998 till 2003.
As a part of my research, I got good experience in cDNA-AFLP, Subtraction hybridization, Microarray analysis, RNA seq analysis using CLC and Linux program. Quantitative and normal PCR, PCR based marker analysis, Gene cloning and bacterial transformation, RNAi mutagenesis.
I worked in different international environments, which gave me the ability to work and participate with my team members and with other research groups.
I worked as graduate and undergraduate supervisor and I have good experience in supervision of students.
I am personally a young enthusiastic person, who loves to launch new areas in the research. This character stimulated me to touch various techniques and learn more and more from each experience. Team work has always been a MUST in my mind, as in my previous positions, I received many compliments about my prompt and friendly behavior. I believe that my progressive experience in teaching make me a good member of your team. With years of experience doing research in agriculture, breading and plant molecular genetics, I am extremely competent and self-sufficient when teaching different biology subject.

• Activity of oxidative stress-response enzymes, such as glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione peroxidase, and glutathione reductase.
• Evaluation of plant stress by measuring leaf relative water content and osmoregulatory mechanisms in Salicornia and wheat.
• Fatty acid composition and glycoside content of seeds in Salicornia, soybean, and camelina.

Molecular Biology:
cDNA-AFLP, subtraction hybridization, microarray analysis, RNA-Seq analysis using CLC and Linux programs, quantitative and normal PCR, PCR-based marker analysis, gene cloning and bacterial transformation, RNAi.

• The physiological and molecular mechanisms underlying the paraheliotropic leaf movements of soybean in response to abiotic stresses, specifically drought and osmotic stresses.
• The physiological and molecular mechanism of wheat tolerance against salinity and drought stress in Iranian salt and drought sensitive and resistant cultivars and their ancient relative Aegilops.
