Performance experience is crucial. Alex hopes to provide once a month group lessons to all his students to allow them to take turns performing for each other and learning from a short lecture regarding a musical topic.
Alex implements a variety of instructional methodologies flexibly to provide effective and efficient music lessons. Ultimately, one preeminent concept ascends all others; musicians require the crucial trait of musicality. His thoughtful approach to instruction allows students to learn much quicker than traditional music teachers through a correct approach to pressing the keys which is often neglected by other teachers.
Alexander Windsor studied piano and vocal performance at the Grande Prairie Regional College and received his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Alberta. He is an expert in performance practice and metronome history with vast ensemble and performance experience.
