I like to teach base on 2 main parts theory and business cases. In this way the students can apply the theory to the real life scenarios and open a dialogue about all the possible options and get together, collaborating, the correct solution to the daily challenges.
My tutoring sessions include a well-planned approach where students will enjoy improving their confidence, knowledge and attitude to learning. I measure a successful session together if the student has felt respect, freedom, the importance of goal-setting and an appreciation for the knowledge gained.
I generally prepare a short lecture of the topic (5min), then exercises to do together I am very patient and I will explain a topic in a variety of ways..
