These classes are deemed for beginner and intermediate level students and anyone who wishes to work on their observational skills. Besides the technical side of the class, I also focus on building the confidence and knowledge through MAKING.
My teaching method is to guide students through their practice, not to force anyone or guilt anyone into postures. This practice is for each individual student to find their own strength and comfort. I guide students through a pre-planned set of poses (a sequence), but always allow for modifications and changes through out the class to match how each individual feels in that moment.
