To share the joy of yoga practice by customising a class to accommodate different levels, for students to go at their own pace as it is an individual and spiritual journey.
I offer classes for all abilities and learning styles. My vast experience in teaching has developed my ability to successfully tailor lessons to each individual. My classes are very student focused. I'm friendly, approachable, down-to-earth. I pride myself in being an excellent communicator and I have a natural enthusiasm. My main objectives of teaching yoga are: fun and form.
I work with each student on an individualized basis to set personal goals and vary teaching approaches to meet the student's needs. I work with each student to develop gestured vocabulary cues, videos, games and exercises aimed toward the achievement of their personal goals.
I don't have any particular way of teaching method, I usually go by checking the comfortability of the trainee or student and start accordingly. I am very flexible and instinctive in my approach. This attribute of mine make people comfortable in learning from me. I am very friendly and treat everyone as equal to me.
I am fairly flexible and can tailor my sessions to accommodate individual needs. 2 years of experience tutoring high school children in Math and Economics.
I plan and implement creative and engaging lessons and activities for students, preparing quizzes, tests and, examinations to gauge how well students are learning. I can teach in group's sessions or provide one-on-one support. I love to develop programs to work with students and increase interest in higher learning.
My tutoring methods are going over all the content that the student learned in class and focus on the difficulties and always trying to achieve excellence. I won't move on to the next topic if the student haven't master the previous sections.
I teach through use of visuals and phonetic word boxes. My use of materials enhances a child's learning experience by utilizing creative techniques to enhance vocabulary, learning all the sounds of the alphabet, which in turn leads to reading and writing.
I really hope to inspire my students and to get them interested in the content in and out of the classroom. I believe passion drives productivity and the hardest workers are the most passionate about what they are doing.
My teaching method is that I focus on clearing the basics of students very well and then gradually going on advanced things. I prefer teaching the students very patiently so that they can easily grasp the things I am teaching. To assure this, I test the students on regular basis and pay close attention to their learning.
Amanda believes in the positive impacts yoga brings out in people. She also believes every person is uniquely different. With that into consideration, she keeps exploring the many benefits of yoga and how it varies from one person to another.
I am knowledgeable in grammar, writing, vocabulary & conversation skills. I base my lessons around the students needs. I am kind, patient with a sense of humour and I encourage students to be active learners rather than letting me do all the conversation.
Impart knowledge, develop interest and tell about the importance and applications. I try to teach the student in a very lenient fashion, I keep asking him or giving him fun quizzes and always strive to motivate the student. I am available beyond my work hours for education.
I focus my class in three areas. First, understanding the student needs or wants to learn the topic. Second, to explore his or her strengths and weaknesses skills. Third, developing and improving his or her failures with practical exercises. Also, I do a little test per week.
My teaching methods often involve reinforcing learned material through frequent questioning. I encourage learners to ask questions, even repeat them, as learning languages require practice and repetition for mastery. Classes are meant for learners who simply want to improve their English writing and comprehension at the colloquial and formal level.
My teaching methods are completely tailored to the student's needs and interests. I strongly encourage the use of multiple mediums of learning a language such as television, music, podcasts, books etc. because I believe that learning should be enjoyable, modern and practical.
I structure my classes around the needs of the students using creativity, imagination and heart. I can suggest tools to use to make learning easier.
I focus more into the speaking expression, as grammar comes through it, I can explain the doubts people have on an specific topic and normally we'll do readings and songs and talk about everything and nothing to get the language fluency
Given that there is no one teaching method that applies to everyone, I tutor and teach as a pluralist who draws upon a multitude of teaching methods to find the approach that best fits with the unique and specific needs of each student.
My teaching is more towards practical approach and Interactive studies. I have been teaching different students from different backgrounds from improving writing and presentation skills to creating their personal websites. I usually have a style of teaching through powerpoints and using assignments and activities to check the understanding and thereby adapting to the students need.
I first determine what someone wants to learn. Then we determine capacity for learning, strengths that need to be stimulated and fundamentals that need to be worked on. There are many traps in healing and I've been through most of them so mostly my goal is to diagnose a healing trap and help pull you out to minimize harmful effects.
I use different techniques based on my students levels and interests. Watching short videos, discussing an article working on the accent ....
My teaching philosophy has always been adaptation I design all my classes according to the student’s personality in a lively and dynamic atmosphere. My approach of teaching is always mixed with structure and flexibility while showing patience and listening All my classes are based on a good balance between creativity and discipline in which I promote dialogues.
My teaching strategy is 100% flexible. I usually like to hear students to know where they stand first, then I teach them on what they may have missed.
I like to get a workbook/textbook with the BC curriculum and go through each unit in one or two lessons. I will do some examples in class to help students better understand the material but I expect students to complete the rest as homework. Following class, I will work on corrections but I usually have them fix it on scrap paper so they can retry it at home and move on to next unit if possible.
I am flexible, based on the student's needs and personality. My teaching method adjusts to the student and to the goal he/she has for the class. I, also, adjust to the student's pace, which is different depending on each person's language abilities and interest.
My teaching approach is very trial-and-error based and subject-specific. It is very flexible and tailored depending on the need of the student. I prefer teaching using practical real-life examples. I do not believe in spoon-feeding the students. The classes would be meant for secondary school students. Preferred subjects are Mathematics and Physics.
I believe in teaching as much vocabulary, grammar as possible and then being able to put everything together to speak. I enjoy teaching students of all ages and all levels. There is no greater joy than sharing my love of languages.
I enjoy tutoring calculus and over the years have developed several different approaches to aid students. I see my role as helping you get better grades so I work examples directly related to your homework. If you need a refresher on log rules, trig, etc., I will review the pertinent material.
the tricks and techniques as well as exploration of diffrent designs ,practice and being in control and having confidence doing the art
