I love helping my students understand a little better each day and to watch their confidence in themselves grow. I do that by fostering an environment where students feel safe to try new things, make mistakes, and ultimately learn and excel.
My philosophy is that 'If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough' because building strong foundation by focusing on strong basics can leads to excellent performances of students. - Concept based teaching with explanation in simplest possible way.
I help my students visualize concepts. Mastering this ability allows them to better understand, remember and apply abstract ideas. My students enjoy challenges and excel at them.: I enjoy mentoring students and like to be involved in their overall success. I am also very approachable so that students can relax and enjoy learning.
I work based on the students needs and make sure that they are comfortable.
I start with very basic lessons and then develop the concept with respect to sallybus.
My teaching method depends on the course materials. The approach will be first to clear the basics and then step by step increasing the problem difficulties.
I will first explain the topic, then the basic concept . Solve an example or two. Let students try the sums on their our . Show them short tricks afterwards if any and then end up by giving them some practice questions .Doubts at any point of time are more than welcomed .
I use inquiry, discussion, problem-solving, project and some times play-way method to teach. I teach with my heart from simple to complex, known to unknown and concrete to abstract. My teaching is mostly student-centered with class interaction.
I want to make sure that I am giving you help where you need it most. So the first thing we will do is sit down together and figure out what concepts you struggle most with and agree on a plan to tackle them step by step. Focusing on the simpler concepts first and then building in difficulty level.
In contrast to most teachers in schools, i try to avoid drilling information into students by making them do the same problem again and again (making them memorize).
My teaching methods are quite simple yet informative. Being a science student I can explain those scientific things to student in a quite interesting way. The classes are meant for students who are about to join university/college for their undergrad studies and also for those who are in their bachelor's program in mechanical engineering. The favorable topics being: 1. IC Engines 2.
When I am teaching a new chapter, I will clarify the purpose and learning goals so they know what they should have learnt at the end of the class. I will use questions that can stimulate response and invite students’ comments on the ideas that I am presenting. I will help students to master the language of Chemistry and trains students to find answers and solutions through exploration.
I base my classes on your level of understanding of chemistry and start from there. We explore the problems that are holding you back and work together to achieve a mutual understanding of the answers and how we achieved them. We then review the process in achieving the answers to make sure that you understand completely how the answers were reached and try to have fun throughout the process.
My teaching methods are based on the needs of students. I use unique approach for every student and offer flexible schedule. I provide help with homework, explain basic theory, give more advanced exercises and real life applications. I am skilled to teach mathematics, chemistry and introductory food science.
My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society.
I am a really organized and reliable tutor, who will manage your time for studying and practicing efficiently. My goal is to use minimal time to gain more knowledge and best score. Also, I am excellent in math and science.
I approach the subject matter by identifying where my students need the most support. My teaching method is personalized to each student and I focus on meeting them, where they are in their learning journey. I teach all grade level math and science subjects up to Grade 12 and am able to support on a number of first year university science and math classes.
I teach the students in very friendly and comfortable environment. My approach is to make the student understand about the basics of any concept. I let the students ask me any question freely any number of times. I also try to find videos for various topics, which help the students to recall what we have done.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I work with a student's learning style. I have taught undergraduate and graduate science courses at universities. I have also tutored individual university students and high school students. Who will benefit? undergraduate and graduate students, also advanced high school students who want a deeper understanding of science - chemistry, biology, genetics.
I like to teach through discussion and example. I find integrated education to be the most effective, with lecturing to be the least effective method. I will happily go over broad or discrete subjects. I encourage students to bring a question set, be it there own inquiries or problems from text or website.
I would describe my teaching method as demonstrative. I would go through problems with students and show them how to solve it. Then I would test them on how well they understood by giving them similar problems to do.
My teaching method is simple, I approach a course according to it's length and structure and start from simple and gradually develop the concepts and move further. I relate theoretical concepts to the real life while teaching by giving examples and holding discussion. I believe that this is a best to make sure that students don't forget the concepts.
I prefer a democratic or participative teaching style which is a blend of task-oriented and people-oriented approach.
Since I am very passionate about teaching, My methodology is based on making the concepts clear which are vital for understanding Chemistry. My classes are meant for any level student who has taken chemistry and I follow interactive method in which students feel free to discuss their doubts and confusions.
I like to take a very personalized approach with my students. With some, we will work through practice problems that are relevant to the material they are learning in class, but with others, we work through any homework they have and then work through additional problems in areas that they are struggling with in that class.
I would base my teaching on the requirement of the student. I will first try to be more friendly with the student, and learn more of his/her strengths and weaknesses in the particular topic of study. I may follow some notes, but I will also try keeping it interactive enough so that the student's problems are addressed.
Subjects will be taught in order to make the student to handle the subject independently for their next level. Undergrad and masters students can attend the classes. A typical class will include a lecture on a topic, the very next class students will solve the problems with my help and they will be given a set of assignments to solve independently.
I prefer one on one personal tutoring style. I mainly tutored college and high school students from multiple locations. I am a bit on the casual side in interaction. I prefer to first assess the weakness and then help the student but fixing the foundations that are lacking. I use analogies and step by step thought process.
• Interaction with student to make him comfortable in asking questions • Understand the need and goal of student • Understand the gap between achievable goal and capacity of student • Help students to develop a study plan and access to resources of material • Deliver lessons and solve problems • Evaluate performance by giving test
I have a experience of teaching as TA for 3 year at York University. my main goal has always been to make my students interested in the subject as the first step. I usually try to help my students and walk them through the problems and also I will always give them enough time to think for themselves as well.

Perfect! Fantastic teacher with a great personality. He has made my grade 12 university chemistry a breeze and my grade 12 advanced functions class very easy as well. 10/10
Perfect! Noor is a great Teacher, with lots of knowledge in science and a very kind.
Perfect! She's an excellent tutor and explain's all small details needed to do the Physics problems. She also makes the lessons interesting and fun to listen to by making connections and talking about real-life applications.
Perfect! My daughter was struggling with the transition to high school and specifically Grade 9 Science class. Tiffany has been tutoring her in our home and has, on several occasions, offered extra time when tests were coming up. Tiffany works directly with...
Perfect! This tutor is not reliable. We booked two tutoring lessons with her and she was a no show for both lessons without informing us that she was unable to attend.
Perfect! I have been struggling to find a good tutor for a few years now, and I have to say I am extremely impressed with Junior. Junior is able to help me understand my work (Chem, Bio, Math) with great examples and explanations, and most importantly Junior...
