my methods of teaching vary from student to student in accordance with their level of learning so that every student will able to understand each and every thing and achieve good grades in future..
It’s been proven that most children are kinaesthetic learners, so that’s my main approach. Although, I would search to find what type of learner the student(s) is/are and use that as much as possible. My other biggest trick to successful learning is just being on a comfortable level with the student(s).
I have a flexible teaching structure. I try to make the subject I'm teaching as interesting as possible and always go in with a positive attitude. I am very enthusiastic about Math and I try to spread that enthusiasm in my classes. My classes are meant for high school students.
My class structure is based off what the student is struggling with and where the student is in the class syllabus. If the student is not struggling with any current material, I will move them through the syllabus to be ahead of the class.
My teaching methods as a math tutor is to create positive learning environment, to build thinking skills, to develop confidence in problem solving, to create analytical thinking skills,to give opportunities to differentiate learning and to enable the children to apply the learned math concept into their real life situations.
I make math fun ... Ill play a various amount of games to help study flash cars you name it nothing but fun ..
I mainly focus on first making the base concepts crystal clear and then guide my students to build their own thought process regarding the topic, so that they are equipped to handle any problem, especially the ones outside the textbook or assignment sheet.
I find the best the best method of teaching is through personalized learning. I try to tailor challenge, lessons and instructional style to each student's needs. I don't want to just provide answers, I want students to walk away from my lessons really understanding the subject matter. I can assist students at both the high school and college level.
I myself have learned from making mistakes in high school and know STEM courses can be demanding, so I am always open to any questions and levels of learning. I believe constant effort and practice are the core strategies to physics and math and this is done through examples.
my teaching method is base on concepts and solving problems. I will make sure the student understand concept and they are able to solve the problems without my help. I will try to ask questions base on the final exams.
My style of teaching which developed from theoretical study as well as classroom experience most resembles the Socratic method. I've found that knowledge is most effectively gained and retained through discussion and concept application, rather than rote learning. I try to keep my classes as dynamic as possible and draw the answers out of the students through rational thinking and logic.
My main focus of any class is to incorporate a real life application of every concept learnt. This helps spark an interest for the subject and helps students remember things better. My classes can be useful for anyone up to grade 12.
I often teach in an individual or small group setting, preferring to place as much attention on an individual as possible. No two students are the same, and so each lesson is closely tailored to match each student's needs and pace.
I do not stick to one method, I always like to customize my method to the needs of my students. I tend to count more on the visualization of the ideas. I always link the study subject to real life applications. I prefer to use software/computer based applications to develop creative learning job aids.
I approach the subject based on how the individual learns best. Visuals, practise pages, examples based on real life, etc. I try to make it as comprehensible as possible regardless of the students interest in that subject.
First step is to assess the students' level and needs. The course is then provided in a way that is most likely to fit with that evaluation, making it easier for the students to understand the subject to explain.
Currently I am not in a practice of teaching, I want to do now and hopping,, i can do better. Currently, I used to teach my children at my house. They are grade 10 & 12 and doing better in school.
I am a conceptual person. Love to go through the basics of learning without pressurizing kids. My idea is quite simple- You learn deep, don’t memorize. I don’t teach to do bring out the best result out of him. I try to make learning comfortable and easy so that the student can enjoy it.
I believe in not only helping the student solve the problems immediately in front of them but giving them the tools to work independently down the road. I believe that a fundamental understanding of concepts is just as important as proper working habits when it comes to studying mathematics.
I use hands on direct teaching methods and can create specific lessons for different levels of knowledge. Mathematics can be difficult for different people’s best learning methods. I can help bridge that gap to make mathematics easier for people that do not follow the standard teaching methods.
My teaching method is to first identify the student's weakness and strength. I would then explain the concepts with plenty of examples. I am patient and I don't mind repeating myself. I myself is not a fast learner. I do not go fast with my students. I make sure they understand, and not just to memorise things.
I teach by giving each student a tailored approach that is appropriate for that particular student. I usually do classes one-to-one but a class with other students has their perks. I am very friendly and easy to talk to if one doesn't understand a subject.
"To solve any problem in Math have your concepts crystal clear". Understanding the doubts of a student ,knowing and clearing them from the damaged roots. I can teach the core of Mathematics(mentioned topics) very well. You can text me your doubt and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
As a tutor, I let the student explore mathematics on their own and give them hints when needed. People tend to learn more from interaction than lecturing. I am also very good at asking the right questions to get the student to find the answers.
I like to teach by helping my students through their assigned homework and seeing where they run into issues. From there we can work through the questions together and hopefully my student will learn and understand the content. If extra help is needed we can continue with other practice questions, or I can even assign some questions for them to try and we can recap the next session.
Tutor with 4 years of experience with Engineering background for highschool mathematics and physics in Downtown Toronto known for providing tailored tuition experience based on the student’s potential and expectation. Students can approach for school exams as well as compititive exams.
I mostly teach with examples.
I give my students a deep understanding of the subject, I let them find their own solution to the problem, that helps them think outside the box. During my typical class, I give a theoretical base, answer questions and then we start solving problems.
I take the simplest approach for any class, I am really friendly with my students and whosever takes my class will never realize the amount of stuff we will do. This class will Academically for middle and high school students, I am always here to help.
My teaching methodology depends on the student - each person learns in their own unique way. We work together to determine what is the most effective learning method for you. We have open communication so we can figure out how you best learn, absorb and can apply your academic skills.
