I like to approach subjects with care, explain what the topic is about first, maybe relate it to everyday life situations, and then dive in it with examples. I do use a lot of examples because I feel like it's the best way to learn. I let students intervene whenever they want because having them understand is my priority.
I always teach the student with examples and logic by asking logical and practical questions. I do teach beyond the study in the class by discussing students interest. My teaching methods and My humble attitude, satisfaction on students face after the class feels me good.
My teaching method is structured in way that I first give my students a thorough understanding of the concepts to make there base strong. Next, I give them a solved example so they can map out solutions to similar or more advanced questions At last I give practice questions for them to solve. I believe you learn Mathematics by practice.
I firmly beleive that practice is key to success. From my experience, i think that learning to solve problems is the perfect way to acquire the necessary skills. So i accompany my student to solve these exercices by teaching the needed methodologies for each type of Mathematical problem.
I will teach you how to solve problems on tests and assignments through examples. I believe that this is the best way for anyone to learn a math or science - just doing a ton of practice problems so it becomes second nature.
I am good at Mathematics concepts. I believe the importance of understanding the concepts rather than just calculating things. My teaching methods are flexible, it varies person by person. It depends on you that how I should teach you. My requirements are to inform me in advance whatever you want to study. I will solve your problems and make you solve the same.
- Making a clear plan for each session with the names of the topics. - Explaining the concepts and the motivations behind them (with proofs). - Solving problems to deepen the understanding of the concepts. - Giving assignments that challenge the innovation and the comprehension of the students. - Review the assignments with individual specific feedback.
I love teaching math and helping with their difficulty in math and other subjects like science such as chemistry. I love teaching people individually not as a group so that kids can benefit one on one so that no one will be left out and everyone will be free to ask questions.
I can teach privately, small classes, and even larger classes. For private tutoring, I can help you with your homework, understand difficult concepts and prepare for tests and exams.
I like to keep my tutoring sessions flexible and geared around how the student learns and what they need help with. I can create structured lessons, but prefer to ask students where they find themselves struggling first, and then see where else they need improvements as we move along.
In order to teach to the best of my ability I will first assess where the child is at and work from there. My goal is always to teach in an engaging way that is fun for the students using tools like game, videos, and whiteboards. I like to intergrate math into other subjects as well and demonstrate how math is everywhere and can be used all of the time.
Teaching, in my opinion, is about mentorship. It involves listening, questioning, and a continuous re-assessment of its methods. I encourage my students to ask questions about the content as well as the objective of the lessons. I develop unique methods based on the student's needs, as there is not a "one size fits all" approach to teaching.
Sheila's teaching method is student oriented. She understands the significance of individualism in learning and the progress that can be achieved when a student is allowed to develop academically as a person and not a group. As such, she stands at a students view point to give each of her students a unique value and perspective.
My Teaching method is derived from what appears natural relative to the person I am teaching in order to optimize their learning experience. The focus is to keep material simple for students to understand and apply it to the problems that they may encounter in the future. I believe that persistence in practice for what you want the solution to achieving your dreams.
I am very patient. I enjoy helping you obtain the foundation required to get to where you would like. For example, just because you're eager to learn hypergeometric distributions, does not mean you have an accurate background, thus my approach is to give you the tools required to learn.
Depending on the student’s understanding, I will show them how to approach a math problem, and if that’s still too difficult, we then try a simpler way until it’s fully understandable. I very much prefer the students know what they are really doing rather than memorizing what steps to take for a type of question.
I'm happy to tutor almost any subject at up to and including a high school level. I think of myself as a patient instructor -- one that's willing to do whatever it takes to make my students feel confident both in their current knowledge, and in their ability to acquire further knowledge.
Hi, I am a Bachelor of engineering graduate and clear with concepts of science subjects. My biggest advantage is that I am currently pursuing Power engineering at Georgian so being a student myself I can build a good repo with the students and know the correct way the topic should be delivered so that students can understand and grab it.
I teach from experience and the IB curriculum that was given to me. I am very flexible and student satisfaction first.
My teaching methods are activity, demonstration and I make my lessons child-centered. I approach each subject with the aim of making every student understand.
I am very patient and take the time to start from wherever the confusion begins. If there is a doubt about anything that was suppose to be learned 3 years ago, it doesn't matter, I review and go back with them. I teach by example and then they retry. I also focus on understanding and not just memorizing.
I approach a subject with structure and flexibility within that that structure. I first try to determine what the student is having problems with. After that, each problem is addressed individually in order of importance to the course or degree of difficulty. I try to impart an understanding of the subject matter beyond just getting a homework assignment completed.
My philosophy is that 'If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough' because building strong foundation by focusing on strong basics can leads to excellent performances of students. - Concept based teaching with explanation in simplest possible way.
My teaching philosophy is that lessons should have a 15%-85% split between introducing the fundamental concept and solving various practice problems. The practice problems will meaningfully highlight different skill sets and applications relevant to the topic being studied. The practice problems can be the students' own homework problems or problems that I prepare from my own set of references.
I believe that presenting an idea to students is the quickest way to have it rejected. Whenever I teach, I offer small ideas and nudges that enable students to derive bigger ideas. This ensures that students truly understand the material.
My approach towards a subject is to teach according to the students ability and help them improve their learning methodology. A class has students with different grasping abilities hence i adjust myself according to the student.
I work based on the students needs and make sure that they are comfortable.
My teaching methodology consists of working with my students to first understand their comfort level with the subject topic and their strengths/challenges etc. to then plan and pace my teaching accordingly. I strive to make students understand concepts and demonstrate it with sufficient real life examples. Most of my students have achieved a significant improvement in their grades.
I have ability to explain difficult topic in a simpler and understandable way. I am recognized as a best teacher.
My teaching methodology is to first understand the learning pattern and knowledge of the student in the subject and then adapt my teaching style to best suit their needs. I am very flexible and patient with my students and know how to get the best out of them.
