Teaching, in my opinion, is about mentorship. It involves listening, questioning, and a continuous re-assessment of its methods. I encourage my students to ask questions about the content as well as the objective of the lessons. I develop unique methods based on the student's needs, as there is not a "one size fits all" approach to teaching.
I am very patient. I enjoy helping you obtain the foundation required to get to where you would like. For example, just because you're eager to learn hypergeometric distributions, does not mean you have an accurate background, thus my approach is to give you the tools required to learn.
I'm happy to tutor almost any subject at up to and including a high school level. I think of myself as a patient instructor -- one that's willing to do whatever it takes to make my students feel confident both in their current knowledge, and in their ability to acquire further knowledge.
Hi, I am a Bachelor of engineering graduate and clear with concepts of science subjects. My biggest advantage is that I am currently pursuing Power engineering at Georgian so being a student myself I can build a good repo with the students and know the correct way the topic should be delivered so that students can understand and grab it.
I teach from experience and the IB curriculum that was given to me. I am very flexible and student satisfaction first.
My teaching methods are activity, demonstration and I make my lessons child-centered. I approach each subject with the aim of making every student understand.
I was once on the anti-sciences squad, so i understand where high school students come from when they say that "Physics is brain-tasking." and "Chemistry is hard.". The truth is they don't have to be at my classes, and i like to use everyday situations to explain scientific concepts.
I work based on the students needs and make sure that they are comfortable.
I like to teach one on one because I can alter my teaching style to suit my student's needs. I like to work with examples to help explain topics as well as using analogies to help students understand certain concepts. I like to make learning fun as much as possible, since I love school so much, I want to help people around me love school too.
Based on your child’s curriculum in school, I share proven shortcuts, tips, and tricks to help make math more fun. We will break down difficult word problems together using simple step-by-step instructions. Our job is to simplify math.
I am a motivator and have a firm belief that everyone can excel in academics if provided the help they need.
While teaching i include the examples from our daily life to understand the principles. I ask the students even to give their own examples in order to check the level of understanding of the topic.
- Understand their weak points and do exercises to improve those areas. - Effective use of new technology to improve the skills of the students.
My teaching methods are through examples.
My teaching technique is very simple ! Put yourself in the other person's shoe to understand what he or she is going thru and fill/support this void into a positive energy to absorb my knowledge for them to succeed as soon as possible !
To truly teach, one must be in love with the subject they are teaching. I have a thirst for knowledge, thus I make it my goal to instill in my students a passion for learning. I do not believe in the concept of ‘not being good at a subject’, simply having yet to uncover your true potential. Student centered care is important for enhancing the best results and I will provide nothing less.
Math or sciences should be fun. The key is to enjoy doing the classes and everything becomes rather easy. My method involves indulging simple and effective methods to tackle the most challenging problems for the students. I also teach them effective personal tricks in calculations which have greatly helped me in my academic journey.
I love helping my students understand a little better each day and to watch their confidence in themselves grow. I do that by fostering an environment where students feel safe to try new things, make mistakes, and ultimately learn and excel.
I approach a subject with structure and flexibility within that that structure. I first try to determine what the student is having problems with. After that, each problem is addressed individually in order of importance to the course or degree of difficulty. I try to impart an understanding of the subject matter beyond just getting a homework assignment completed.
My teaching philosophy is that lessons should have a 15%-85% split between introducing the fundamental concept and solving various practice problems. The practice problems will meaningfully highlight different skill sets and applications relevant to the topic being studied. The practice problems can be the students' own homework problems or problems that I prepare from my own set of references.
My approach towards a subject is to teach according to the students ability and help them improve their learning methodology. A class has students with different grasping abilities hence i adjust myself according to the student.
My teaching methodology consists of working with my students to first understand their comfort level with the subject topic and their strengths/challenges etc. to then plan and pace my teaching accordingly. I strive to make students understand concepts and demonstrate it with sufficient real life examples. Most of my students have achieved a significant improvement in their grades.
I have ability to explain difficult topic in a simpler and understandable way. I am recognized as a best teacher.
My teaching methodology is to first understand the learning pattern and knowledge of the student in the subject and then adapt my teaching style to best suit their needs. I am very flexible and patient with my students and know how to get the best out of them.
My method is to provide core knowledge about a topic to students with detailed and structural teaching.
My classes are meant for Primary and Secondary students. I use Skype for all my students in my e-classroom. To achieve more, I give relevant Worksheets that enable the students have full grasp and understanding of each lesson. To keep the students focused on my lesson, I have a unique way that makes my lesson interesting and fun at the same time.
My teaching method is simple. I love to carry everyone along. No one is left behind. My students depend on me and that is why I am determined to succeed. When my students excel, I excel as well. I have a lot of math games that make learning fun and easy.
My teaching methods are lectures and student participation. I base my classes on syllabus or curriculum for the grade levels as required by the education board for the country or area. I approach a subject with structure and flexibility and use appropriate resources like visual aids to facilitate student understanding.
I start with very basic lessons and then develop the concept with respect to sallybus.
