I teach Spanish in a very dynamic way using technology to make the classes more appealing and easier. I want my students to have fun and learn the language at the same time. I love working with all the ages.
I prefer a relaxed environment where I teach the grammar and theory mixed with conversation so that the class is easygoing and fun. I focus on three modules speaking, reading, writting and listening, taking the four of them in all the classes.
1 hour divided in: 40min of grammar and 20min of speaking. Once a week we listen to a Spanish conversation (scene of a movie/podcast). I usually teach the whole class in Spanish since I feel it is the best way to learn. This is how I learned English. However, depending on the level of the class I could also talk in English.
My teaching methods are cooperative learning because of the benefits it can bring to students. One prominent benefit of cooperative learning is that it enhances social and emotional learning. Furthermore, students who participate in cooperative learning methods look out for the needs of the other students in class as opposed to just their own learning objectives.

My French teacher taught me french begging with common phrases, then how to interact with other people and at the end grammar (that is the most boring and difficult thing) when you have enough knowledge about the language. I'm planning teach you the same way. If for me was good learning french it'll help you.

My teaching method is the same that I used for learn english and portuguese , basically practicing with conversational and day life lessons and exercises. Business , Social and Technical Spanish emphasis options. The classes are meant for adults (16 and older).

Most of my lessons are focused on communicative situations, that is, real communication for daily life situations. The way most teachers and expensive programs teach appeals to many who don't like to do work, but they don't end up being able to actually speak Spanish. The methods I use to teach actually works. I base classes on the specific type of learner each person is and what their focus or reason for learning the language will be. I find it best to try and learn in a more "natural" way if possible, without so much conscious effort and memorization, instead using things that will be entertaining.
My teaching methods are mostly applied communicative approach techniques. I also use comparative analysis to illustrate similarities and differences between the target and native languages. I rely on practical and communication methods tailored to the audience language level, needs and demographics.
My teaching method is based on the practice and improvement of the four essential skills required for effectively communicating in any language, in this case in Spanish. I always prepare some teaching outlines and materials in advance; however, I also recognize that the learning curve of each person is different as well as the interests or the urgency to improve some particular skill.
I view teaching as the natural extension of my research and artistic interests. As a educator I consider my responsibility to ensure that the student’s learning experience is an enjoyable one, regardless of the topic at hand.
