I am a lifelong student/teacher with over 30 years of experience. I have taught at numerous schools, universities, colleges, and internationally.
Initially, I focused on high-performance athletes, but when I turned 70, I became passionate about helping older adults reduce their pain and learning how to restore their bodies to a healthy state.
I am a certified instructor of Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, Baquazhang, Vipassana Meditation, and Neigong.
I taught and coached while PE Director of the Royal Military College and later as Chief Instructor Canadian Forces School of Physical Education and Recreation.
I became a Certified Fitness Appraiser, taught and certified Level I & II Coaches in the National Coaching Certification Program. As a weight training instructor I provided expertise, design instruction and use recommendations to several physical fitness equipment manufacturers.
For the last several years, I have been focusing on adult classes in the community and at health spas with the occasional private student.
