My approach to teaching is very simple, hands and works on a step by step basis. My lessons are fun and differ from the super technical lessons with "fancy shmancy" tools and techniques. The steps towards a beautiful, miniature, french macaron (among so much more) are this way! Since I have stopped teaching, I have begun building a following on Instagram where I share my creations.
I am a local Montreal artist, excited to share how I create my miniature masterpieces with all of you! I have a DEC in Fine Arts as well 5+ years teaching painting, sculpting, drawing as well as art history to children between the ages of 2 to 15 years old (adults too!) in both studio setting as well as private lessons. I also host birthday parties for children 8 years + !! Miniature sculpture is by far my favorite medium to teach and would love to have the opportunity to help you create magnificent pieces of art!
You must cancel 48 hours in advance, or there will be a cancellation fee of one hour of lessons.

teaching classes for children between the ages of 2 and 15 as well as adults. I would also animate
Following a detailed teaching program, curriculum and style, I would educate children about art
history and specific techniques to help develop their artistic skills. I would hold the classes in
French and English and they were taught using Montessori. I would teach classes of up to 12
children at a time.
I learned how to balance course materials to ensure the students completed their projects on
time, within the 12 week session. During each session, we would focus on a specific artist such
as Picasso or Van Gogh and towards the end, the students (2 to 15) were able to talk about what
they've learned with their peers, naturally.

Arts & Crafts
A few of many tasks were to design the daily art program and then teach it to children between
the ages of 5 and 13 as well as doing inventory for the supplies throughout the summer.
I showed the children how to draw, how to paint and overall, how to look at the world through
a more creative eye.
This opportunity also allowed me to work with special needs children as well as behavioral issues,
to which I adapted my program to focus on visuals (bright colors and shapes) and learn to
communicate the course materials in a simple manner for everyone to understand. Of course,
keeping it fun the whole time to keep strong student engagement.
