My teaching methods are primarily student-centered, in which I orientate myself with the student's individual learning needs and then carry out my teaching from there. A typical class with me would include me introducing the topic to be taught and then picking throught the student's mind to assess their level of knowledge and understanding of the topic. Once that is completed, I would then decide how best to move on with tutoring said student; either by modifying my lessons to suite the student's needs, by actively engaging the student in active and exciting lessons, or by letting the student learn on his or her own and simply being a guide. What makes me a good tutor is that while I'm responsible, I am also extremely flexible in teaching and I'm very patient because I find that not many people grasp the understanding of the topic being taught with ease. The lessons I give are suitable for anyone between elementary school and high school.
