About Dominic
🧍️ About Me Hi! I’m a 19-year-old tutor on a gap year before starting a Master’s in Engineering in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2025. I achieved 3 A*s at A-Level (Maths, Further Maths, Physics) and 10 Grade 9s at GCSE, and I’m now using my gap year to share what I’ve learned by tutoring students in Maths and Physics online. Outside of academics, I’m really passionate about music production and spend a lot of my free time creating and experimenting with sound. I also love working with young people — I’ve taught sailing to kids in Spain and spent a ski season in Whistler, Canada, helping children build confidence on the slopes. These experiences have taught me how to adapt to different learning styles, stay patient, and make learning engaging and supportive. I aim to make Maths and Physics feel less intimidating and more accessible, with lessons tailored to each student’s pace and goals. My teaching style is patient, clear, and encouraging — I focus on building confidence and understanding, not just getting through the material.

Having recently completed my A-levels, I understand the exam system inside out and can offer current, relatable advice and support.
