Before any class, I considered the difficulty of the task, the time needed, complexity and student interest to select a teaching method. Therefore, my way of teaching always varies and tries to oriented in accordance with my student's expectations. I expect after each lesson that my students can explain to me with their own works the subjects and how they plan to face this task in another environment like a test or presentation.
I have an MEng. In naval architecture and Marine Engineering with 5 years of experience. 2 years in oil and gas and 3 years in the marine industry. I was a professor for 2 years after finishing my undergraduate or Thermodynamics.
My rate depends on the complexity of the subject and the time expended with the student.

Luis is one of the best tutors. i still remember initially, I felt so disappointed as I had a very hard time to understand the subjects. I lost confidence and I almost gave up thinking that there is no way I could get past successfully through the test. That is when Luis accepted my tutoring request. And he made me achieve the impossible. And full credit goes to him. i had zero knowledge on some of the technical subjects in naval architecture such as seakeeping and ship dynamics and control. His way of explanation, approach and his commitment to ensure that student is going forward with the concepts in mind changed me as a person completely. i was able to outperform and scored 80 percent in sea keeping, ship dynamics and control and 98 in ship construction. this score was only possible due to his teaching skills, his dedication and patience to explain concepts all over again until he was sure that the student has grabbed the key takeaways from it. I would give him 5/5 stars without a second thought. Fully recommend him.
